My journey began during my undergraduate years studying biology, when a debilitating back injury at the gym sparked my passion to understand the body. This setback led me to set up my dream profession.

With a burning desire to heal myself, I switched majors to Kinesiology and became the master trainer at my local gym. Pursing further knowledge, I earned certifications as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS, 2019) and graduated as a Doctor of Physical Therapy from Azusa Pacific University (PT, DPT, 2020). After DPT school, I completed a rigorous Orthopedic Residency training at Southern California Kaiser Permanente (OCS, 2022), and culminated in the prestigious Kaiser Clinical Specialist Spine Fellowship, the most advanced post-doctoral training for physical therapists.
